Atypical cuisine with Senegalese specialities in a friendly restaurant in Aix-en-Provence.

For 19 years now, the Crown Street has its small Senegalese corner. A few steps lead to the dining room in the colours of Senegal, the country of origin of the boss. We eat in large wooden plates. On the map: acras of well-spotted fish, lamb yassa, seabream (kaldou), mafé to beef or millet, without forgetting the national dish, tiéboudien, fish with onions and tomato sauce, served with vegetables and rice. Salad of pineapple and mango, dessert. Friendly and attentive reception, but a bit tristounet.

J'y suis allé ce week-end avec des amis. L'endroit est très propre, hospitalier et dégage une atmosphère très accueillante. La personne était vraiment très gentille et préparée. Nous avons pris le "byssap" en cocktail, vraiment excellent ! Nous avons également essayé plusieurs plats de poisson et les avons trouvés très sincères mais très savoureux. Je le recommande fortement!

Plats délicieux, vraiment. Très bien présentés, et tout est fait de la main d’une seule personne (d’où l’attente qui est assez longue).
