Located in Miles, not far from the Miles camp, Sun Gym is a sports centre which includes 3 classrooms, 2 swimming pools (including an open summer summer gym course), as well as several strength and power platforms. The closed swimming pool is located in a separate building. You can enjoy the joys of the paddle up stand, very fashionable at the moment. The club, with 82 employees, offers nearly hours of courses per week. You can practice many disciplines here: gym, soft gym, step, abdo-buttocks, RPM (cycling program in room), body-balance, body body, body attack, but also zumba. Also activities dedicated to children and others to adults such as judo, aikido, karate or French boxing. In sunny days the Sun restaurant with its terrace near the swimming pool offers pizzas and meals from Monday to Friday at noon. In the summer, the restaurant is open 7 j/7 with access to the swimming pool for guests (booking recommended).
