Carré d'O has nothing to do with low-cost sports venues. Carré d'O brings you on-measure with professional and specialized coaching, and much listening. These are three amis friends who have created this structure, which therefore combines health care with fitness and well-being. You have four spaces to practice your activities, depending on your wishes, your needs, or on medical prescription: Square Shape, Square Slimming, Square Well Being and Square Health. Small site visit: The swimming pool is the square of Carré d'O, where one practises gym, aquabike, rehabilitation with he, prenatal gym and also hosts the swimmers and also the swimming sessions of the 3-5 years. Sessions of aérogym, stretching, Pilates and rehabilitation care take place in the gymnasium in small groups of 5 to 8 people, as well as yoga. A coach systematically directs each session to make you progress. Three treatment rooms are dedicated to infections, post-partum rehabilitation, relaxation massages and the SLIMMING program. Prior to registration, a "Form" balance sheet is offered to you, determining the activities to focus on your schedule.
