Christian Camprini, Maître Pâtissier-Chocolatier, is a native of the region. Born in Nice, this professional, distinguished Meilleur Ouvrier de France, worked in several prestigious hotels on the Côte d'Azur before opening his own boutiques (in Cannes and Valbonne) to the delight of chocolate lovers and other gourmets (confectionery, pastries, frozen desserts). Now at the head of his own laboratory, he devotes his energies to developing new tasty recipes.
