The future belongs to those who get up early, and so does the good bread from Fournil d'Eugène in the heart of Valbonne Village! An artisan bakery like no other, and with good reason: the bakery, located just opposite the former town hall, has been in existence since 1873! A little piece of local heritage, as crisp as it is tasty, that many regulars snatch up as soon as it opens. Note that to get the famous Valbonnaise baguette, you have to be there before 11am. The welcome is warm and friendly, and the baker takes great care of his customers.
