In the heart of the cobbled streets of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Tom's glacier is a gourmet institution that has been delighting visitors for over twenty-five years. This small artisanal ice cream shop offers some thirty flavors, including the emblematic floral flavors: violets, jasmine, rose and "provençale", a subtle blend of orange blossom and honey. The violet ice cream, topped with a crystallized flower, is a must for fans of local sweets. Housed in a typical stone building, Tom's glacier also offers a tea room.
