Su una collina con vista su Tourrettes e su tutta la vallata si trova questo prestigioso ristorante. La storia del locale, un ex mulino, è affascinante tanto quanto il signor Viano, attuale proprietario dalle origini italiane, che con la sua eleganza e cortesia, accoglie e delizia i palati degli avventori. Abbiamo cenato nel deor con piatti della tradizione locale che ci hanno conquistato come le varie amuse bouche. Consigliamo questo ristorante a chi vuole perdere la cognizione del tempo e percepire l'atmosfera di altri tempi.
