Nestled in the heart of the Mercantour National Park, it offers numerous hiking trails and nature activities, on foot or by electric bike. This detached chalet features a living room, open-plan kitchen, dining room, bathroom with WC, laundry room with WC, large bedroom and enclosed parking. Enjoy two terraces, a private 100 m² garden and a water pool offering a breathtaking view of the Mercantour peaks.

National Park spirit. From 20/04 to 08/11/2025. Arrival between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Departure after 10:00 am. For 2 people (72 m², 1 bedroom). From €750 to €900 per week, depending on season.
Owner's Message
Patrick, your host and a native of the region, is a tourism service provider who has long worked for the tourism department in the Mercantour region and the Niçois middle country. He holds a master's degree in cultural engineering and worked for over 20 years as director of a tourism promotion association.
Strongly attached to the values of sustainable tourism, he will give you a warm welcome and plenty of advice to make your stay in Saint Martin Vésubie as pleasant as possible in this beautiful valley of the Mercantour National Park.
