Food shocking, so plan to eat elsewhere, even breakfasts
Nice itself not worth a visit, eg Cape Town South Africa or Sydney Australia so much nicer for a holiday
Not the most luxurious, but the best individual attention with ultra friendly dedicated staff.
Not the biggest, but intimacy of human sized property where you feel recognized and pampered.
Not the highest ranked restaurants, but a choice between a real gastronomy one and another easy and affordable with same Chef.
So easy to reach pool or private beach, and water sports facility.
Parking available in premises even though Saint Jean Cap Ferrat is the most expensive (and beautiful) place in France. Experience the walking way around the Cape from the hôtel.
