The Provencal and Mediterranean specialities are prepared using fresh produce, some of which comes from the hotel's own gardens! The quality of the products and the impeccable service, in an enchanting setting, are all expressed on the plate. The Grand Hotel has two other restaurants, La Véranda and the club restaurant Le Dauphin.
