She has made it clear: initially, agriculture was not'his thing '. Even though she had kept good memories of her childhood "to olives", Françoise Camatte did not see herself devoting herself to family land as four generations had done before her. But after 10 years to work as a pharmacy, she is undergoing economic redundancy. It was this professional misfortune that led Françoise Camatte to his real vocation. It all started in 1989. After spending 2 years in a family, she became operational head of the estate in Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne. His father retires "on paper" and sees in the arrival of his daughter a new source of motivation: the Camatte replant 200 olive on their 4 plots in brassiere situated at 600 meters altitude… A development that Françoise Camatte will continue with his companion David Rose, sommelier council. The couple will convert the olive grove from 700 trees into organic farming and create the domain of the domain, "Fons Bourdouos", from the name of Françoise's favourite parcel. A name that it shall affix on its oils: one is the PDO mark of Nice, such as its table olives and olive pulp, the other from the variety of Upper Var, the ribeyro, in green fruit.
