In the center of the village of Saint-Blaise, L'Auberge du Prieuré welcomes guests in a large, bright dining room or on the shaded terrace of a wooded garden with an unobstructed view of the mountains of the middle Nice region. The chef offers delicious, gourmet, seasonal French cuisine, constantly renewed and prepared with fresh produce. A real treat. Service is friendly and professional. What's more, the establishment's two self-catering cottages allow guests to stay overnight. Ideal for getting away from it all between two swims in the sea.

Franchement très bon restaurant avec des bon produits et fais maison ça se voit et ça se sent !!! Les vins au verre sont excellent même pas besoin de goûter une bouteille .. Sympa , Décontracté .. Le service a était irréprochable..

Cuisine de qualité, le service et notamment les serveurs sont agréables et professionnels. Dommage que la terrasse extérieure soit à l'ombre. Sinon peu de choix pour les végétariens

Très très bon rapport quantité, qualité, prix. Tout est fait maison jusqu'au pain du burger, que je recommande vivement. On a pût surveiller les enfants qui s'amusaient juste à côté de notre table dans un petit parc avec toboggan et balançoire.
