Déçu de la politique commerciale.
Je réserve une chambre via expédia.
30 min après je souhaite juste décaler la date car erreur sur le week-end souhaitez.
L’hôtel n’a rien voulu savoir et cela ma obliger a re réserver une nuit à la date souhaitée.
J’ai donc perdu 200€ alors que je voulais bien avoir un. Avoir ou décaler la nuit a un autre week-end.
Très déçus vraiment. Je ne ferais donc plus de réservation là-bas.
Il faut vraiment revoir ça capacité commerciale.

Ein fantastisches Hotel! Ich kannte schon seit ca. 30 Jahren das Hotel , war früher oft hier zum Dinner . Jetzt ist einfach sehr schön in dem neuen Ambiente hier zu sein. Der Ausblick ist nicht zu übertreffen. Ich komme sicher wieder. Ich wurde liebevoll umsorgt. Danke!
