A well-maintained hotel residence wonderfully located facing the "big blue". The undeniable asset is the splendid view of the coast from Menton to Monaco. The apartments are divided into 3 buildings all facing south, with direct access to the beach. The establishment has a swimming pool with solarium. As for comfort, all the accommodations are fully equipped and have an individual terrace. Some of them have very nice volumes. To be recommended even in winter, if you wish to take advantage of very affordable rates for the region!

The residence is located at the doors of Monaco and Menton and their innumerable cultural and tourist sites. Italy is only 10 km away and you can discover the dolce vita and the specialities of Liguria!
