Elsa is a taste experience not to be missed, the first 100% organic Michelin-starred restaurant based on wild catch. The chef's cuisine is based on a selection of local and regional AB-certified products. The bread is even baked twice a day with organic flour. In fine weather, the elegant, immaculate terrace offers one of the finest views in the Principality. Service is professional without being stuffy, with a special mention for the sommelier who knows how to match food and wine to perfection.
