SOCIÉTÉ DE DISTRIBUTION DU SENSIBLE
The Société de Distribution du Sensible is a cultural association based in Puget-Rostang, in the Alpes-Maritimes. Founded in 2014, it organizes artistic and scientific events in the southern region, with a central summer event in the Alpes-Maritimes and others in urban centers or elsewhere. The association sets up encounters between artists of different mediums and territories, encouraging collective practice and experimentation. It questions production systems and the places where works are disseminated. Since 2018, in partnership with the Roudoule ecomuseum, it has been involved in revitalizing the Bertrik farm in Puget-Rostang, where the association's artists invest a research workshop every summer and organize public events. In 2020, the association launched the Moissons festival, offering ten days of experimentation between artists followed by a four-day festival, with an exhibition, readings, lectures, concerts and screenings. The festival aims to create a collective and joyful dynamic, inviting the public to share meals and evenings with artists and scientists.
