At the confluence of the Mairola and the riou d'Auvare, the charming village of Puget-Rostang was built in a horseshoe shape around a powerful keep built in the 13th century to defend itself from the Counts of Provence. In this village, the houses are built on a rocky outcrop. In addition to the Ecomusée de la Roudoule, which brings local history to life in a dynamic way, there is the Sainte-Trinité church, whose Romanesque foundations date from the end of the 13th century, and the Chapelle Saint-Julien, which is a popular destination for walks all year round and for pilgrims at Pentecost. Walk on the circuit of the Oratories.
