Friendly restaurant with terrace presenting a menu according to the seasons and the Chef's imagination, happy hour offered

Ecluse was renovated in summer 2015. Completely upgraded, the establishment is now more fashionable. The terrace along the river Siagne is now covered and air conditioned, and the large dining room has been completely refreshened. It is possible to drink a glass outside in the very cozy sofas and armchairs. It is Xavier Malandran, from Pégomas who is in the kitchens. The menu changes according to the seasons and the Chef doesn't lack imagination: There are tasty burgers, tartar or fish. The pastry chef offers desserts as refined as good. In the room, the team is smiling and always listens to your needs. It is also possible to organize private events such as anniversaries, baptisms or weddings. On Thursday evening, L 'Ecluse offers blind test evenings or concerts, with happy hour from 6 pm to 8pm. A successful new start!

Repas : produit frais, viande tellement bonne ( braserade) les ravioles un délice.Bref tout est bon

Très beau cadre au bord du lac, romantique et calme, parfait pour un repas en toute tranquillité. Le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné. Le repas était excellent, nous avons pris la Braserade, un vrai régal ! Une adresse à recommander.

Nous sommes venus en famille un samedi soir. Il y avait un anniversaire et la serveuse spontanément nous a changé de place pour nous éloigner du bruit. Un service au petit soin donc. Une cuisine simple mais de qualité où tout est fait maison. Nous avons passé un bon moment et nous reviendrons

Ce fut notre première visite à l'écluse il y a quelques jours. D'abord le lieu est totalement dépaysant, en bordure de Siagne. La carte est variée, l'ambiance agréable et le service était parfait. Nous avons opté pour le "brasero" pour 2 : un peu cher selon moi mais très original, de plus la viande était excellente, les frites croustillantes tout à fait à notre goût, tout cela accompagnée de différentes sauces et mesclun.
Bref une première qui appelle une seconde, une troisième etc....
