Insatisfaction de délai d'attente avant avoir un conseiller
je suis désagréablement surpris tout d'abord de délais très très long avant d'avoir une réponse par un conseiller si il y a une réponse puis comment pouvez-vous expliquez le fait d'appeler votre numéro et d'avoir deux réponses différent: un mise en attente avec la music nous avons donner suite...et l'autre on ne peut pas donner suite car forte activité? les 2 appels sont faits au même moment avec deux numéros différents.
