Prevention is at the heart of the health mission of the 8 Nice PMI centres that monitor the child's development (medical consultations, vaccinations, home visits by the nursery nurse if necessary, health check-ups for children aged 3 to 4, parent/newborn care after maternity leave, interviews with a psychologist) and also organize collective actions within the centres (parent-child or maternal-child care, birth preparation, future parents' meetings, breastfeeding workshops, early childhood development activities for young children, or prevention of relational difficulties for the child and his family...).
