Every February, Nice is transformed into a world of confetti, costumes and parades. For more than 120 years, this tradition has set the streets ablaze, welcoming thousands of revelers from the four corners of the globe. But the Nice Carnival is much more than just a party: it's the city's living history. On the menu: daytime and nighttime parades, the mythical Battle of the Flowers and the ritual of the king, consumed in a bonfire on the beach, under the glare of a masterful firework display.
