Inaugurated in April 2001, this huge showroom with state-of-the-art equipment was designed to produce year-round performances ranging from classical concerts to variety and sports disciplines. It can seat 6,000 people, and close to 9,000 people standing and sitting in an indoor setting. Thanks to the reversible scene, the overflowing curtains and the sliding doors opening onto the Charles Ehrmann stadium, the outdoor configuration allows 52,000 people standing for organizing outdoor concerts. Nikaia also has an annex room for cultural creations and smaller events.
