This boutique hotel is unique and wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Nice. It is in a perfect central location with easy reach of all that Nice has to offer. The simple but beautifully appointed rooms. But the one thing that for me sets it above other hotels is the amazing staff who hosts you. All of them are so friendly and enthusiastic at ensuring you’ll get the most of your stay. They take time to explain all that Nice has offer, including recommendations for restaurants and making reservations for you. I will always stay here when I visit Nice. I thoroughly recommend The Arome Hotel Thank you to Barbara and Fabio for looking after us.

This is our last night in Nice and we’ve had a lovely stay at the Arome. We love the location, 2 blocks from the beach, and the rooms are beautiful. What we like the most though is how friendly and helpful the staff is. Fabio was so helpful and his restaurant recommendations were brilliant. Breakfast in our room was nice - I hate walking around to find places to eat. Nice fresh croissants were on the doorknob and the coffee machines in the room worked well. We will definitely return.

너무너무 러블리한 호스트와 직원들 덕에 행복하게 지냈습니다. 엘레베이터가 없는데 직원 분들이 같이 캐리어 올려주시구요. 매일 아침 방문에 크로와상 걸어놔주시는데 쏘 감동????????
객실도 넘 깨끗하고 조용했어요. 큰창으로 들어오는 햇살도 좋았어요~!
트램이랑도 버스역이랑도 해변과도 가까워서 위치도 최고였구요. 니스에 오실 분들 추천해요 공항에서 트램타고 바로 올 수 있어요!

Phenomenal Hotel stay, probably one of, if not my favourite ever. Warmest welcome from staff, who genuinely made us feel at home, really helpful and informative, and clearly proud of the city of Nice. Rooms were excellently presented, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Particularly nice were the crossaints left on the door handle each morning. A very relaxing and enjoyable experience, looking forward to returning. A real credit to the owner and the staff here.

We had lovely few days break in Nice in this wonderful boutique hotel. Close to shops, restaurants, seafront, and train/metro station. We could not have asked for a better location!
Rooms are well presented and spotlessly clean, they have all that you require - tea/coffee making facilities and fridge.Beds are very comfortable, and you will have a great night's sleep! A lovely added touch was fresh croissants left outside your room each morning.
Fabio and his team of staff are outstanding they go above and beyond! (From the cleaning staff to Fabrice and Pierre) Friendly and informative, always on hand to give advice and information at anytime.
Due to the Air traffic control chaos in the UK we ended up stranded in Nice. We got in touch with Fabio, who was there at the end of the phone, who helped us out enormously. We had a further couple of days at his wonderful hotel. So not too bad after all! We will be forever grateful for his help and support.
We loved Nice, a wonderful place to visit. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to book Hotel Arome ❤️

Arome Hotel is simply outstanding. Great location, walkable to almost everything in Nice within 20 minutes and only a few minutes stroll to the seafront. Lots of local shops, bakeries and restaurants around the area also. Rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything you could need provided - they are also very quiet for a great nights sleep.
The best thing about Arome Hotel though is the service - I would award 10 stars for service if I could! Pierre who checked us in late at night was so helpful, Barbara who checked us out on our last day was super kind and Fabio, one of the hotel owners, was full of excellent advice for visiting Nice and surrounding towns as well - he treated us as friends and we couldn't be more grateful for this.
An absolutely fantastic experience overall and we look forward to returning in the future!

Well placed close to tram and city center, staff went out of their way for service and recommendations.
Room was small, but everything was clean, in order and with croissant delivered in the morning, was an all together great experience.

If there was an option to give 6 stars, I would have given 7!
I have never stayed in a hotel with such a warm personal touch: Fabio and the team were always there to help, answer any questions, give recommendations and advice. Also location is perfect, in a calmer less touristic area, 15 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the beach. Smaller rooms on the 3rd floor are creative with their floor plan but have all the essentials.
Thanks to the team for making my stay so amazing and for tolerating my French :)

The room's contemporary but warm design, numerous creative little details (including a complimentary fresh croissant every morning), and the location only two blocks from the Promenade des Anglais are wonderful. Most of all, however, I appreciated the personal and empathetic attention from Fabio, Barbara, and the rest of the small team. Merci beaucoup!

What makes this hotel so great is the service! I could not ask for better service than Fabio gave us! He was amazing. He procured us a table at a fantastic restaurant and was so helpful with everything else. The croissant and baguette each morning was scrumptious. The rest of the breakfast was fine. It was in little packages so we used it for picnic lunches later in the day.
My only advice is for the sweet wonderful woman who checked us in is to remember after traveling hours to get there, the last thing people want is sit and listen to a looong talk. I could barely focus bc I was tired, hungry, needed a restroom and just wanted to put my feet up with a cup of tea when I first arrived. I finally “escaped” the friendly, overly -helpful chat to use the bathroom. Would be good to say, “go relax and freshen up first, then I can show you stuff.”

A phenomenal boutique hotel in the heart of Nice, you can easily walk anywhere. It’s crystal clear there’s active management in every detail: beautifully decorated rooms, comfy beds, nice shower and pristine cleaning. Every morning croissants are delivered to your room and staff will go the next mile to help customers. Thanks, Fabio and team!

Why won’t Google allow me to give this hotel a 10 star review! After some challenging flights, the team was here to take wonderful care of my family and friends! The absolute attention to detail and friendliness was unparalleled. IF you can get a room here then I’d put Arome hotel at the top of your list!

Un accueil chaleureux pour un établissement qui l'est tout autant. Fabio saura vous conseiller au mieux dans vos choix de restaurants, activités, etc. sur Nice (et ce, dans nombre de langues).
En plus d'une situation géographique idéale (proche de la Promenade des Anglais), cet hôtel propose des chambres de charme, décorées avec goût. La propreté est absolument irréprochable, ce qui pour moi est primordial.
Enfin, petite attention bienvenue, vous trouverez le matin à la porte de votre chambre, un croissant tout frais !
En résumé, séjourner dans cet établissement me donne l'impression d'être comme dans la famille. Un vrai plaisir !

일단 트램역에서 도보로 5분 정도? 매우 가깝습니다.
방도 정말 깨끗하고 에어컨도 잘 작동합니다. 화장실에 샤워부스도 있어요. 아침엔 문고리에 크로와상도 걸어주셨는데(so sweet) 진짜 죤맛탱입니다.
저희가 날짜를 잘못 예약했는데 예약사이트 통해서 환불이나 변경이 불가해 메일로 미리 문의드렸더니 너무 친절하게 대응해주셨어요. 답변도 완전 빠름.
체크인할 때 지도 보면서 맛집이나 좋은 산책로 같은데 많이 알려주셔서 사전지식이 많이 없는데도 잘 돌아다녔습니다. 사장님 부부가 정말 친절하시고 다정하세요.

From the minute I booked our stay, the staff went above and beyond. They gave us information on travel to/from the hotel, the local area, dining recommendations, and were happy to answer any questions I had.
Check-in made us feel totally welcome to both the country and to the hotel. And it actually saved us going to tourist information!!!! Everything about the hotel; doors, keys, coffee machine, air con, and then some, was explained on check-in.
The room was ample enough size for the two of us. Three floors and no lift - which they do state on their website.
We didn't opt for the full breakfast at €11 each. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were replaced in our room every day, and 2 fresh croissants were hanging on the door each morning. The room had a fridge so we were able to make use of that.
For some unknown reason our room wasn't cleaned on our 2nd day. Staff were apologetic and did their best to make amends.
The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. Close enough to Old Town but quiet enough not to be distracting. Cafés, bakeries, supermarkets all in easy reach. We also walked to and from the hotel from the airport. It gave us a chance to take in our surroundings.
I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Arome Hotel ❤️
