Par contre baie vitrée donnant sur terrasse très mal insonorisée ( 4ème ) on entend les voitures dehors et les avions. Dur pour dormir quand c'est le weekend ( voitures )
Manque de lumière au salon. Pas de parking donc il faut se débrouiller et ce n'est pas toujours évident.
