Aptly named in the lively Port district. At Nuances, you'll be greeted by a décor that combines modernity and natural hues. But it's above all on the plate that the nuances of flavor come together. To find out what you're going to eat, you'll have to come and taste it, as the concept is a blind menu renewed every two weeks. Chef Seb and his team offer a culinary and human experience. Je conseille absolument ce restaurant..pour 50 euros vous avez des plats dignes d'un grand gastro.
Le chef assure vraiment et le jeu de ne pas connaître les plats a l'avance est vraiment top..on découvre des saveurs et des goût oubliés ..

Great experience, you don’t know what you will get. After finish each dish, your server will ask you to guess what you have. (I scored 10/10 haha just to show off)
Today we had a Japanese-French fusion concept.
????mushroom tempura
????scallop ceviche
????beef tartare
????lamb shank w/ bbq sauce
????cheese w/strawberry jam
????citron sorbet and cake vanilla cream
I would say I like the first three entrees, very refreshing. The cheese as the second main plate probably is not a suitable timing. The dessert is a bit disappointing because Nuance has their own pâtisserie and we were expecting something surprising.

Pour commencer, le splendide design de la salle à manger, puis un accueil souriant, prise de commande rapide et professionnel .
Nous sommes prêt à l'aventure gustative...
Les entrées arrivent très vite et son belles et savoureuses , nous voici dans l'analyse que nous donne nos papilles gustatives car j'ai oublié de vous dire que l'on ne sait pas ce qui nous sera servit ( l'on nous a bien sur demandé nos intolérances et allergies pour aucune fausse note).
Les deux entrées sont 5/5.
Puis les plats idem et viennent les desserts idem.
Quelle maitrise culinaire de cette équipe , BRAVO.
Nous reviendront avec des amis pour leur faire découvrir ce concept sympathique et maitrisé de A à Z.
Certains étoilés devraient prendre note et pas endormir sur leurs lauriers.....
