Restaurant offering a seasonal gourmet cuisine
Offering a breathtaking view of the port, this restaurant with its simple and elegant décor (stone wall, wooden furniture...) is the new address of Pierre Lesterle and Marco Raponi. Designed as a culinary workshop, this restaurant offers an evolving and dynamic cuisine shaped around the seasons and sharing. Inspired by Mediterranean culture, their gourmet and vegetable cuisine is based on an in-depth, delicate and sensitive work of simple and natural products. In close collaboration with local producers, the seasonal creations are based on the Inspirations menus (appetizer, Reflection of a winter vegetable garden, Gnocchi "tricorne" stuffed with cheese, black truffle from the foothills and crispy bacon, Mediterranean sea bream, roasted parsnip and broccoletti, hazelnut, crunchy, gianduja heart and dark chocolate) or Découverte, à la rencontre de l'univers, de la sensibilité et des savoir-faire de ses deux passionnés : Appetizer, Reflection of a winter vegetable garden, Shells and sea knives, pomegranate and watercress, "tricorn" Gnocchi stuffed with cheese, black truffle from Piedmont and crispy bacon, Mediterranean sea bream, roasted parsnips and broccoli, Simmered veal, crisp spiral, Like a pecan pie.
