Bistro offering dishes based on fresh products

This bistro offers a bistro-style bistro style kitchen. In the entrance, opt for the carpaccio of Saint Jacques with oil and pearl pearls, mesclune to citrus fruits or foie gras de duck, cream of panais with truffles, shredded hazelnuts. In dishes we recommend the mouse of lamb brass, honey and spices, stove of new vegetables to truffle oil or the back of roast cod, cooked black rice cooked like a chicken broth risotto, truffle emulsion.

All dishes are made with fresh products: mussels on bouchots (livestock support) to the marinière; fresh cheese and lemon lemon cream, lemon olive oil; rabbit thigh to olives and capers, gnocchi fresh…

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo scoperto questo piccolo Bistro vicino al centro di Nizza, gestito da dei ragazzi con una cucina creativa e varia , quasi tutta la carne e cotta sotto vuoto e le cotture sono perfette per non parlare dei sapori equilibrati e molto particolari, il servizio è stato ottimo, la ragazza ci ha fatto assaggiare diversi vini naturali per consigliarci quello più adatto ai nostri piatti.
Consigliamo vivamente di passare a provare la loro cucina noi sicuramente ritorneremo.

Nous avons découvert ce bistro par hasard, nous avons été émerveillés par leur cuisine unique, une carte réduite mais avec des produits frais et locaux toutes les saveurs bien équilibrées et avec une excellente choix de vins.

Quelle expérience ! Avec ma famille on a décidé de passer 3 jours à Nice avant les fêtes de fin d’année et en visitant la ville on a fait cette découverte très étonnante ! Magnifique ambiance, une carte très particulière avec des plats très intéressants préparé avec amour et une large sélection de vins naturels.
