We went to this terrace to have a drink because we wanted to see the sunset from there of the city, which by the way has spectacular views of the promenade, we ordered two drinks, an aperol alone and a glass of wine, it is the second time I have had an aperol, I didn't know that It can be mixed and/or taken only when they bring us the bill we see on the receipt that they have not been charged incorrectly because we had seen the price before on the menu, we proceeded to call the waiter to tell him that there was an error, the hotel (the staff) Both the waitress and the manager told us to our faces that we had lied, that if we didn't know what we had ordered, calling a customer a liar is a lack of respect and it was what bothered us the most. We asked for a claim form and it was denied. They had it when we searched online and it clearly said if the establishment doesn't give it to you, call the police, something we didn't want to do because it seemed disproportionate to us when the simplest thing was to redo the invoice but our mistake was that we had already paid, so as not to To lengthen the story, in France they have to learn to treat a customer, there is no customer service, I will never return to this hotel or terrace again and if you go, be careful, check carefully what you order, emphasizing it with the waitress and then before paying, check your account. see you never staff radisson hotel

Zu einer sehr guten Küche gehören auch gleichwertiger Service und Ambiente.
Wenn man als Gast aber fast von der Bank katapultiert wird, weil sich auf der anderen Seite jemand hinsetzt und das man den Wein gebracht bekommt, aber dann weder der Korken noch ein Probeschluck präsentiert wird, geht in dieser Preisklasse überhaupt nicht.
Auch wird man als Gast, nach dem Servieren der Nachspeise ignoriert,
kein Nachfragen ob alles passt, noch ob vielleicht noch etwas gewünscht wird.
Dieses Restaurant hätte das Potential in der gleichen Liga wie der OXO-Tower in London zu spielen, der Ausblick ist umwerfend, aber mit der miesen Einrichtung und dem noch schlechteren Service wird das nix.

Très bel endroit avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie de Nice. Malheureusement le service n'est pas à la hauteur, il a fallu interpeller le serveur pour commander après plusieurs minutes d'attente pour boire un verre.
