Restaurant offering seasonal Mediterranean cuisine.

Opposite the Coulée Verte, the restaurant at the Aston Hotel offers a Mediterranean sounding menu that changes according to the seasons. You can enjoy salmon tartar with dill and mandarin vinaigrette; pumpkin soup with chestnut and grape confit, crunchy hazelnut; sweet gnocchi with herbs, pepper and pecorino condiments; creamy pumpkin and truffle risotto, crispy ham or veal sauté with olives, creamy polenta with marjoram and candied garlic. The terrace is soundproofed, covered and heated in winter, while when the sun comes out, you can enjoy the extraordinary view of the Promenade du Paillon and the Vieux Nice.

Cuisine bonne, mais somme toute classique d'une brasserie française. Prix un peu élevés de par la localisation et du fait qu'elle soit dans un hôtel.

Très bon restaurant. De plus manger du thon frais sauvage pêche le matin, ça ne se trouve nulle part ailleurs. Le service est convivial, les serveurs très gentils et attentionnés. Le plus bel endroit du Grau du Roi et le plus bon !!

Très bien accueilli à l'arrivée et installé en terrasse ensoleillé, ce restaurant est charmant. Les plats sont finement préparés et inventifs, un régal. Nous avons été très touché par la qualité des produits et des services en terrasse.
