Bistro offering authentic quality cuisine by chef Florent Barbereau
A stone's throw from La Libé, heading for the chic bistro of Florent Barbereau, a young chef of Touraine origin who has trained in the biggest houses. We settle here to taste simple and tasty dishes from the products picked at the Liberation market, which reveals its stalls a few steps away and where the Chef makes his morning tour before concocting an authentic cuisine that claims to respect the flavours. The menu focuses on quality. The dishes are light and the taste of the products sublimated: veal stir-fry, fresh salads, beef fillet à la plancha. The loyal Niçoise customers in the neighbourhood have not been mistaken and frequent the places assiduously!
