Seasonal homemade cuisine in a restaurant with a terrace facing the Colline du Château
The chef of the restaurant Le Marlin selects her fresh products directly from local market gardeners, to concoct a home-made cuisine that evolves according to the seasons. She respects the products, masters the cooking, and offers generous fish dishes (from local fishing or Breton fish ponds) and meat dishes. The service is warm, smiling and attentive. Belle surprise ! Sur le port, on s attend plus facilement à des trucs à touristes mais bon, grande faim oblige, nous avons été attiré par l ardoise qui rassurait sur les produits locaux et le fait maison... nous nous sommes régalés d une parillada royale... une tuerie. Biens cuits, biens présentés, les poissons de la sélection très savoureux étaient bien accompagnés d un pesto et d'une mayonnaise maison. Très très bon. Le service super sympa a augmenté notre plaisir. Un bon endroit !

Refined cuisine and delicious on a pleasant terrace overlooking the port of Nice! favourite for dessert: chocolate pyramid! the icing on the cake, a very friendly service by the guest accueuillante (and very pretty!). You can choose a good company and available pleasant evening!
