Je viens de voir votre réponse. Effectivement la réservation n’était pas à mon nom mais à celui de mon conjoint. Et je redis que nous n’avons pas été contacté : ni par texto ni par téléphone. Nous n’avons reçu qu’un mail en anglais avec un en-tête différent qui nous a fait douté de la véracité du mail et avons essayé de vous appeler, sans succès. De plus, devant le restaurant, nous avons retrouvé d’autres clients étonnés comme nous de trouver porte close.
