Establishment offering a renowned market cuisine.

If the establishment does not have a telephone - so we cannot book except by visiting the restaurant during the opening hours - customers still celebrate the market cuisine that makes the home of Dominique Le Stanc, a former star: stuffed sardines, country Putin, stockfish, nice gut, pistou pasta, sweet peppers, doughnuts doughnuts, queue and orange polenta, head of calf gribiche, pie to blettes… The plates are beautiful and delicious. In the room where the service is performed with the smile, drawings, posters and photos present the decor. A time break to savour with pleasure, sitting on narrow stools and set around tables close to each other to converse easily with its neighbours.

It is a simple but famous restaurant for the quality of its cuisine, but we had palia enough experience. The fact that it should come on site to book (no telephone) us did not disturb. The setting is particular, one has a view of the open kitchen with the chef, the ceiling is low with sorts of curtains and beams.
The " problème" it is that the room is really small and people are stuck to each other, the restaurant is always full. That would not have bothered us too if the dish " phare" had not been tripe with nicoise, dish ordered this day by a good half of the guests and which casserole made literally. I didn't know where to breathe and I really was in a quick bite of vomitting per moments so much that stank and therefore I really could not appreciate the second part of my meal. I recommend this restaurant to those who are not bothered by the smell of dead bowels.
