Intimate and rustic decoration, bistro style in this Mill which declines a traditional and varied cuisine. The dishes are concocted with fresh products in accordance with the seasons. The chef draws his inspiration from a classic cuisine that he modernizes to offer you original creations: Parsnip, hazelnut and truffle espuma soup, Warm carpaccio of pig's feet, Risotto with olives and pistou, Terrine of salmon and smoked eel, Fillet of beef, porcini mushroom sauce, Apple pie, Panna cotta. El bar está muy chulo decorado, el hombre que nos atendió, creo que el jefe, va un poco de graciosillo, y se puede equivocar, lo que comimos no fue para nada justificado con el precio.. 1Litro de agua 8€, imaginaros la totalidad por 1 entrante, medio filete de merluza con salsa y un medallon de solomillo que pesaría 130 gramos, 2 litros de agua y 2 jarras de cerveza, 1 postre y 1 cortado, 108€.No lo recomiendo para nada
