Keisuke Matsushima has dreamed of having his own restaurant ever since he was a child, and it's been a reality for over 20 years in Nice, a city that reminds him of his native Japan, between sea and mountains. The dining room is modern, uncluttered and Japanese-inspired, with wood-panelled walls. Guests come here to enjoy international cuisine with southern and Italian flavors, cooked in Japanese style. The chef offers inventive, refined dishes à la carte or on the menu. Recipes are regularly renewed. An address that will make you travel by taste.

The atmosphere, service and food were fabulous from the beginning to end. My favorite was the Carpaccio Noix de Saint Jacques but the pork/duck fois gras wrapped in cabbage was delicious. My wife had the fish of the day and loved it as well as her appetizer. Very service oriented and explained anything we had questions on. Definitely a return place. Cozy, intimate and friendly.

Expérience culinaire fabuleuse ! On ressent l’amour de la cuisine dans les assiettes du chef Keisuke Matsushima. Les produits sont sublimés, revisités avec audace mais respect. Bravo & merci pour la quête de l’Umami (Sans oublier une carte des vins incroyable)
