Le Panier prepares fresh cuisine in a very simple way! The mediterranean inspired dishes are divinely prepared: sea bass and its braised vegetables; scallops carpaccio; shrimp raviolis with lemon grass, ginger and cumbawa on a light bisque; risotto with chestnuts and truffle oil; squash soup with truffle oil and organic cream; cod fillet, lemon white butter and summer vegetables; cold soup of courgettes, croutons, Parmesan and olive oil... The menu is reduced: a will of the Chef testifying the freshness of the products presented. The setting is also nice between outdoor terrace, kitchen and bar on the ground floor, and mezzanine-style dining room upstairs. As for the service, it's both friendly and professional. Fantastic!
