In this charming neighbourhood restaurant, the menu focuses on simple and tasty dishes: supion on its nest of Taglioni with squid ink, a beautiful variation of salads (niçoise, hot goat cheese, Italian, Caesar, etc), Simmental flank beef steak, cheese platter, melting pork spare ribs and tomato sauce with sautéed potatoes, fresh salmon filet and its homemade risotto. An address where your tastebuds will enjoy these carefully prepared dishes. Snails are tastefull but made in lots of butter so they were kind of heavy since i tackled beef fille which was 10/10. Salmon tatar was very refreshing and finally cocottochocola blowed my mind. Must go!
