The real Lobster Roll Lobster Sandwich.... This is where it happens! Straight from the United States, this unusual concept honours American (or Canadian) lobster, in all its forms: in the flesh, whole, grilled or sandwich. Among the house's must-have rolls, we love Portland, the original Maine cheese with its homemade mayonnaise flavoured with paprika and fresh herbs. For the amateurs, let yourself be tempted by the whole lobster (approx. 400 gr). Homemade parsley, coleslaw salad. What if you don't like lobster? Don't worry, there's also great crab, great salmon and great shrimp!
