As a tribute to Mother Nature, the décor of Brindille invites you to relax and enjoy a tasting. At the head of this table, two friends, Angie Mugnaini and Floriane Vandini, sublimate the most beautiful products of the Mediterranean through gourmet dishes: Beef hummus, spicy or vegetarian; Florentine egg; chicken supreme and its truffle polenta filling; Brindille, it is also a hearty Saturday brunch to share, on sunny days, on the pretty terrace: hot drink, squeezed juice, Dorayaki, (Japanese pancakes) and homemade spread, Carrot Cake de Flo, Muesli cottage cheese maple syrup, Gua Bao cucumber, chicken, homemade mayonnaise, coriander, salad; Rice with mushrooms risotto with its perfect egg).
