Un des meilleurs restaurants sur Nice actuellement mais pourquoi le chef Pierrot qui possède la meilleure recette de tartare ne l'a pas à la carte c'est un des rares cuisinier à posséder l'originale de l'école hôtelière de Lausanne j'espère qu'il continue à nous servir mieux qu'un 3 étoiles au guide comique Michelin
