Nice cuisine based on fresh produce in a restaurant with a terrace
In the Rimiez district, the Auberge de l'aire Saint-Michel is a small paradise with its terrace in the shade of olive trees and its beautiful room with its winter fireplace. The products are fresh and the Chef celebrates the cuisine of Nice with a menu that highlights the highlights of the local terroir: ravioli, homemade gnocchi, ratatouille rissolé, artichoke slices with parmesan shavings, garden tian, cherry tomato pie, homemade merda di can, pissaladière, fritters with courgette flower, stuffed courgette flowers, real Niçoise salad... The atmosphere is friendly and warm. Easy parking. A small paradise, far from the crowds.
