France and Antoine, a couple in life, have combined their mutual passion for gastronomy and have settled in Nice by opening HERITAGE, their first restaurant. They are both trained in large houses. Behind this gourmet address, one immediately recognizes the ease of a "real" chef. As soon as you walk through the door, the warm decoration makes you feel comfortable. The welcome in France is refined and professional. Antoine has a great dexterity, a quality that is characteristic of those who master their subject with precision, technique and tact. Here, you have understood it, the Cuisine is an art practiced and declined on our 5 senses. The products processed are raw, graciously processed. The plate is elegant, the original recipe and the flavour of the product are always respected

At lunchtime, the suggestions change every week and you can really enjoy yourself with a very moderate addition. I had the pleasure of tasting a carpaccio of scallops, lemon and pomegranate, admirably sour, a delicious Gravlax salmon, blinised with buckwheat. The dishes compete in originality: fish, meat or poultry are revealed every week according to the chef's mood and his market findings. Sometimes, we rediscover an old recipe, almost impossible to find on restaurant menus these days, such as the braised beef cheek in puff pastry... a pure delight!

In the evening, the menu offers noble products, prepared with the same virtuosity. Foie gras, scallops, Mediterranean mullets... The desserts are also homemade and lovers of sweets will appreciate the final sweet touch, whether it be gourmet or lighter such as an exquisite orange salad with spices

What more can I say? Go for it with your eyes closed to discover this subtle and contemporary table. She has all the assets of a great one and she will certainly be talked about soon.
