Arve Nyhus, Norwegian architect, and his wife Dominique, took over ten years ago, which stretches over a succession of dry stone restanques, oriented to the south and toisant the Mediterranean which is in the distance. The couple appeals to Philippe Croce Spinelli, one of the best oenologists in the region, to plant one hectare of vines in Grenache and Rolle and to ensure the vinification of the vines. Two confidential vintages are produced on the estate, Cuvée Nicolas in white and Christopher Cuvée in rosé. This wine of the countries of the Alpes-Maritimes, 100% Grenache, dense and full, with a well-balanced sweetness, is made at low temperature with suitable yeasts, in order to bring finesse, floral aromas, white fruit and exotic fruit notes.
