Domaines viticoles Mougins

Arve Nyhus, Norwegian architect, and his wife Dominique, took over, some ten years ago, this vineyard spanning a succession of the restanques made of dry stone, south-facing and measuring the Mediterranean which looms in the distance. The couple uses Philippe Croce Spinelli, one of the best winemakers of the region, to replant the acres of vineyards in grenache and role and ensure the wineries of it. Two confidential wines are produced on the estate, the vintage Nicolas in white and the vintage Christopher into rosé. This local wine of the Alpes-Maritimes, 100% grenache, dense and full, with a well proportioned soft, is vinified at low temperature with adapted yeasts, in order to bring the finesse, floral aromas, exotic fruit and white fruit touches.
