Two neo-Mentonnais, Alexis Gouttenoire and Remi Guignot, have just launched their craft brewery with a strong originality, a beer with Menton lemon. It is in their old garage transformed into a workshop on the boulevard of Garavan, that they now officiate: From a set of brand new tanks escape the smells of beer in fermentation. No chemical products, no artifice is used, the refermentation in the bottle counts a lot because it is at this moment that the natural gas is created. Notice to the amateurs!
