Villa Génésis welcomes its guests in the idyllic setting of an old palace dating from 1885. A haven of peace facing the Mediterranean, in the heart of Menton and only 100 meters from the sea, where calm and pleasure reign supreme. The establishment offers rooms as comfortable as they are spacious, and a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool, to enjoy the joys of the sun as it should be. As a bonus: the delicious and copious breakfast to guarantee the energy necessary to walk the streets of Menton and discover the surroundings.

Open all year round. 24-hour reception (languages spoken: French, English, Italian, Spanish, Russian). 30 rooms (100% non-smoking). High season: double room from €290 to €890. Breakfast: €20 (free for children under 11 / €13 for children under 18). Closed parking: €15. 2 rooms can accommodate people with reduced mobility. Pets welcome (no extra charge). Free wifi. Отличная гостиница.приятный дизайн,хорошее расположение , парковка во дворе ,бассейн ,кофе и чай есть всегда.Персонал очень доброжелюбный, особенно Катя помогла во всех вопросах касающихся нашего отдыха.Обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё раз.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem wirklich bezaubernden Hotel verbracht. Auch wenn die Saison schon zu Ende ging wurden wir hier sehr herzlich Empfangen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist KATJA sie kümmert sich besonders herzlich um die Gäste. Vielen Dank dafür!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rooms = too small , A/C was not working for 2 days

A truly wonderful hotel! Easy to communicate with ahead of time, staff greeted us and assisted with luggage. We were given an upper level room as an upgrade and were treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness! The pool is a wonderful oasis from the crowds of the coast. Parking is gated and private. Our bed was so comfortable and our room modern with excellent towels, sheets, pillows, shower, accessories. AC worked very well and we had two fabulous nights. Breakfast was ample and again the staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Highly recommend treating yourself to this hotel! Enjoy

Villa genesis looked great online but in person is very underwhelming and unwelcoming. They do not meet the standards of a “luxury hotel.” The grounds and rooms are much smaller than the pictures portray. We could not pull our car in the gate to drop off luggage and there was no one to assist with luggage. The AC also was not working the first 2 days. They failed to disclose that to us. The worst incident was someone/something from the room above dumped a bucket of unknown liquid onto our balcony, which drenched me as well as the breakfast I just bought. I was ready for the day and had to shower, change outfits. We just wanted to leave but the staff would not refund us as we booked a non-refundable rate. They ended up giving us one night free but did not allow any further partial refund to leave early. We explained it was our 10 year anniversary (which they did nothing to acknowledge) and we can no longer relax in this place. They would not even give us a different room and told us we could pay regular price for an upgrade if we wanted. As a physician I barley get anytime for vacation, and it was not worth it to spend it here. Importantly, they did not validate my concerns and acted as if I made up the incident of getting drenched. The next day, there was more water that poured onto the balcony. Thankfully I was not sitting out there. I do not recommend this place as a “luxury” hotel. They need to have better customer service.
