Hotel located in the heart of the bay of Garavan opening on the beach of Sablettes
Just a few minutes from the Italian border, the Residence Santamaria is now home to the "Dolce Vita Hotel". Facing the sea, the establishment opens onto the Sablettes beach and the esplanade with its restaurants and landscaped beaches. This hotel was designed in a glamorous spirit, with the charm of Italy evoked by the many photos of Italian artists and actors. On the first floor, the "Paparazzi bar", also open on the terrace, invites you to take a break. The hotel has rooms on the sea side or on the hill side, and two areas for children.

We enjoyed very friendly welcome. Location guarantees great balcony views. Junior suit was of great size, light colors. Bed was firm and had double pillows. Bathroom had also access to balcony and hence also natural light. Window blindes made sleeping great. Beach is 2 minutes away and U express shop 3 minutes distance. Old town is at walking distance, Botanical garden around the corner! We recommend restaurant Tony.

Très déçu nous avons payé une chambre à 150 € pour la nuit et notre surprise a été pour la douche pas d'eau chaude... Aucune excuse de leur part aucun geste commercial.... Le petit-déjeuner laisse à désirer mauvaise expérience pour nous au vu du tarif....

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss mit Blickrichtung auf den Hinterhof-Parkplatz und es war klein, wir hatten Mühe unser Gepäck zu verstauen, dafür war das Zimmer für Menton günstig.
Das Bad war ausreichend groß, allerdings roch es hier zuerst extrem nach Kanalisation, bis wir alle Abflüsse betätigten.
Als wir uns einen Kaffee mit dem Wasserkocher machen wollten, fiel uns auf, dass eine Tasse benutzt, aber nicht gespült war.
Frühstück hatten wir für 15 Euro pro Person nicht gebucht, wir wollten früh der Hitze entfliehen.
Zur Altstadt läuft man ca. 10 Minuten.
Fazit insgesamt: Wir würden wieder dort übernachten, allerdings paar Euros mehr in das Zimmer investieren.
