Located on an ancestral land at the foot of the Massif de l'Estérel, where vines have been cultivated for over 230 years, the Domaine extends over 1350 hectares of garrigue, maquis and forest. The rolle, clairette, syrah and cinsault grapes flourish in a draining volcanic soil: Rhyolite. From grape harvest to vinification, all our wines are produced using traditional, organic methods. Guided tours of the vineyard and tastings of confidential cuvées are offered throughout the year, in the company of the vineyard manager.

Seul bémol c’est pour l’histoire du sauna à l’extérieur du spa où on doit déambuler en peignoir à l’extérieur de l’hôtel avec ce froid hivernal.????
