Malheureusement votre collègue aux cheveux noirs a était des plus désagréable.
On est arrivé à 10h40, on commande des cookies pépites de chocolat au lait, elle nous répond qu’il y a 10 minutes d’attentes car encore au four on se dit bon ok pas de soucis, avant qu’elle nous dise alors qu’on lui avait rien dit du tout, sans aucunes réflexions : « en même temps on ouvre à 10h, et vous venez à 10h40 faut pas s’étonner si rien n’est prêt, la prochaine fois il faudra venir plus tard quand même ».
Bah non en faites, si vous ouvrez à 10h, tout doit être prêt à 10h, c’est ça la restauration, sinon ouvrez plus tard. Première fois de ma vie que j’entends un commerçant répondre de la sorte au lieu de s’excuser pour le manque de mises en place. Surtout qu’on ne lui avait fait aucunes réflexions.
Dommage que cette femme fasse tache, sinon à chaque fois qu’on y va, tout se passe très bien.
