The Chef declines his specialities based on fresh products with a hint of originality: Armagnac gras gras, kidney of calf jumped to mustard seed, grilled fish grilled à la la, basil oil, beef filet sauce with green pepper and sweet side, bang for its famous tatin pie or the brioche way lost. Einfach nur Dreck! Der Koch lacht dich aus, wenn er Dir verdorbene Ware serviert und das Personal lacht mit. Das Essen war kalt und der Fisch war alt, weswegen das Gericht nur wenige Minuten in meinem Körper verblieb....
